Bruce Willis has been praised by his wife Emma Heming and ex Demi Moore on Father's Day in a series of touching posts, with the doting dad-of-five being totally showered with love.
The Die Hard star, 68, has been battling dementia, with an initial diagnosis revealed last spring as aphasia.
A fresh health update then came in just a couple of months ago, which revealed a more specific diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).
And now Bruce's loved ones have flooded the actor with love on Father's Day, with both Emma and Demi sharing sweet posts about the doting dad.
Demi, 60, who married Bruce in 1987 and remained married to the actor for 13 years, took to Instagram on the special day to share a black and white throwback.
The snap was of Bruce with their daughters Rumer, 34, Scout, 31 and Tallulah, 29 - who were all much younger in the snap.
The actress wrote a moving caption to accompany the photo, which read: "Forever grateful to you BW for giving me these three beautiful girls. We love our #girldad. Happy Father’s Day!"
"Lovely family. It is precious, the love and respect you show and have always shown for him. You have been and continue to be a wonderful lady," wrote one fan in the comments.
While another said that the snap was "full of love and happiness".
Bruce's wife Emma Heming Willis, 45, with whom he shares Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, nine, then posted her own sweet snap and message.
Emma shared a snap of Bruce with Mabel and penned: "Father’s Day is a time I get to reflect on my deep appreciation and respect I have for Bruce as I watch him, father, our little ones."
She added: "Where it might not be 'conventional', what he’s teaching them will span generations. Unconditional love, kindness, strength, compassion, patience, generosity, resilience.
"Happy Father’s Day to the greatest dad I know, who will forever be the gift that keeps giving within our family."
Fans were quick to flock to the comments section to send their love to the Willis family, with one writing: "Picture is worth a thousand words."
Another then added that Bruce is "the best daughter daddy", while a third pointed out the "pure" love between Bruce and his daughter.
Bruce and Emma got married in 2009, with them welcoming two daughters together - Mabel Ray (born in 2012) and Evelyn Penn (born in 2014).
