The excitement is palpable as Ireland braces itself for the arrival of one of the greatest songwriters and performers of all time.
Bruce Springsteen fever has taken over the country, as the legendary artist and his E Street Band prepares to grace Dublin's RDS with three sold-out shows over the next few days.
As part of his highly anticipated 2023 tour, the 73-year-old rocker will take to the stage on Friday May 5, Sunday May 7, and Tuesday May 9.
The RDS is no stranger to The Boss, having hosted his iconic performances on 11 previous occasions.
It's been seven years since Springsteen last played on Irish soil, and his devoted fans have been eagerly awaiting his return since his unforgettable performance at Croke Park in 2016.
Fans of all ages are eagerly counting down the hours until they can witness his electrifying performances of hits like Born to Run, Dancing in the Dark and The River.
Below is everything you need to know if you're heading to Bruce Springsteen in the RDS over the coming days.
Tickets
All three shows are sold out.
Those who have a ticket are being reminded that your phone is your digital ticket.
To get into the gig, download the Ticketmaster App and enter your Ticketmaster login credentials. Click on my events and select the relevant show. Click view barcode, you will see a barcode that continually refreshes.
Screenshots or printouts of digital tickets will not be accepted for entry.
Parking
There is no parking available on the streets in the immediate vicinity of RDS Arena. A traffic management plan will be in operation by An Garda Siochana. RDS Arena is situated in a residential area with resident only parking. The area will be monitored by Dublin City Council’s Parking Enforcement and illegally parked cars will be clamped or towed away.
Concert goers are being strongly encouraged to use public transport. One suggestion is to park up the car and link with public transport on the outskirts of the city.
Seating and entry route
Check your ticket information for details on your entry route (BLUE/RED or YELLOW). There will be signage to direct you to the appropriate entrance for your seating or standing area. Follow the coloured route / directions as indicated on your ticket details.

It is unlikely to change for the Bruce Springsteen concerts.
Stage times
The RDS Arena will open at 5pm on the show days. The show starts at 7pm. It will finish around 10.30pm.
Aiken Promotions said to note that all times are subject to change.
Support act
There is no support act for any of the shows.
Setlist
Fans can expect to hear favourite hits, as well as some deeper cuts , high-energy covers and possibly even some new material.
While the official setlist for the Dublin shows has not been announced yet, fans are speculating about what they might hear.

Weather
Currently, the Met Eireann forecast for Friday reads: “Rain will slowly clear to the north through Friday morning, followed from the southwest by sunny spells and scattered showers. The showers will turn heavier in the afternoon with the potential for isolated thunderstorms. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in light southerly or variable winds.
“Showers will become more isolated early on Friday night, with clear spells developing. However, cloud will thicken from the south overnight with outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing in some southern areas. Mist and fog developing also in light southerly winds. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees.”
For Sunday, it said: “Sunny spells and scattered light showers to start on Sunday. Turning cloudier through the day with rain spreading from the west later in the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees, warmest in the east, in moderate southwesterly winds.”
A forecaster said that the current indications for Tuesday is for the weather to “remain unsettled with showers and rain feeding in from the Atlantic”.
