It happened. The Cleveland Browns have clinched a playoff berth after a 37-20 victory over the Jets at home in primetime as quarterback Joe Flacco continues to lead them to wins. They jumped out to an early lead and rode it the rest of the way in the second half on the backs of their championship-caliber defense.
Flacco had another 300-yard game and if it wasn’t for a couple of fumbles the Browns would have scored over 40 Thursday. Even with the offense struggling in the second half after Elijah Moore got hurt the defense locked it down and were never letting that game get away from them.
It’s crazy to look at all the injuries this team has had this year and realize they still found a way to win 11 games. It is so improbable that this team is going to the postseason and yet here we are. Let’s take a look at how fans on Twitter reacted to this massive win for the Browns.
