The feelings around the fanbase of the Cleveland Browns are completely different than it was six days ago as the team dominated the Tennessee Titans in Cleveland. In the two home games so far, defensive end Myles Garrett and the defense have allowed a total of six points, and the Titans’ only score came because of a turnover deep in Browns’ territory. You add in the fact that Watson and the passing offense work up today and you have a 27-3 Cleveland victory.
The offense wasn’t perfect but goodness they took a major step forward and the confidence and excitement for the group are building.
Buy Browns TicketsCleveland and Jim Schwartz will face the best offense they’ve seen all year next week when the Ravens come down but so far they have been legitimately dominant. Drive after drive they made plays and Garrett had the kind of game you must have to be the Defensive Player of the Year with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
I’m not sure I’ve EVER seen this before!
Myles Garrett forces the Titans into a delay of game penalty, because they’re sending 2 offensive players wherever he aligns… WOW!
Garett has 3.5 sacks on the day. #DawgPound pic.twitter.com/2WrjTGqTod

Myles with 4 tackles and 2.5 sacks in the 1st half.

Browns fans been waiting a year and a half for a game like that from 4, I think this will calm some nerves

Derrick Henry has 4 rushes for –7 yards. Fewest rush yards in any half of his career, per @ESPNStatsInfo. #Browns had maybe the worst rush defense in the NFL last year. Not anymore

Incredible play by Garrett and a coaching miscue by Vrabel to not get points there.

I just witnessed two TEs basically mirror Myles Garrett as if they played Defense and were in man – never seen anyone be THAT terrified of a single player on a football field lol

We were honest last week when Deshaun Watson played horribly.
We will be honest again this week, he’s been very good this afternoon.
Easily his best full game as a member of the Browns.

I saw this live, the excitement, the relief in Stefanski’s face as the offense starts to figure it out tells it all #DawgPound pic.twitter.com/Prrq2tgP90

The three man race between Myles Garrett – TJ Watt – and Micah Parsons for defensive player of the year needs the Netflix ‘Quarterback’ treatment, because this sh** is about to be legendary.

(Wright has been quietly very strong all season)

You love to see the confidence start to come back for Watson.
I said today on our pregame show this could be the game where we saw him have a huge game and keep the momentum going forward. This game was much needed! #DawgPound @deshaunwatson pic.twitter.com/th9Gc7fOU9

If Stefanski, Watson and this offense is finally figuring things out (got concerns about oline tho) and this defense is what it appears to be 👀 #Browns will be tough to play erry week 😤

Oh, they’re having FUN

I was pretty critical of him after the game Monday night (warranted IMO) but I’ll give credit where credit is due. Way to bounce back. https://t.co/GyfpqpQPjs

The Browns just held the Titans to 94 total yards for the entire game
The last time Mike Vrabels team had been held to under 150 total yards was week 6 in 2018 (vs Ravens)
Jim Schwartz’s defense continues to have another historic week#DawgPound pic.twitter.com/LKaVAyCh0L

While the numbers aren’t eye-popping, Watson has played well. Getting the ball out quickly and with decisiveness. Lot of work to do, but a good start. #DawgPound

So comforting seeing the starting QB resting on the bench with the game decided

Watson completed 82% of his passes today, second-best mark of his career. He was also 19-of-21 passing for 214 yards targeting WRs, which was a career-best rate. The 40-yard TD to Amari Cooper the most air yards of any completion since joining #Browns @ESPNStatsInfo https://t.co/c9PcrXN7Oj

“It’s only the Titans offense”
dawg I’m watching Josh Dobbs put up 21 points on who y’all said was the best defense in the NFL
ain’t no free games in the NFL the Browns defense is real
