Cleveland Browns rookie and former Ohio State defensive tackle Michael Hall Jr., who was arrested Aug. 13 and booked on a first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence charge, was placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt list on Tuesday, the team announced. This was anticipated given the nature of Hall’s arrest and how seriously the NFL takes domestic violence in any form.
