The Eagles are all about quarterback development and after signing Nevada’s Carson Strong to an undrafted free agent deal, Philadelphia reportedly agreed to sign Brown quarterback EJ Perry as well.
According to Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafalo, that agreement took place before Philadelphia signed Nevada Carson Strong to a huge deal.
With Strong now entrenched with the Eagles, Brown is now signing with Doug Pederson and the Jaguars.
The #Eagles were waiting to hear back from Carson Strong on Saturday and didn’t think they’d land him, so they agreed to terms with EJ Perry. Strong then accepted their offer. So Perry now heads to the #Jaguars. https://t.co/jcc14kuHwv
