Brooks Koepka has sent a strong warning to his rivals on the PGA Tour ahead of this week's Masters, after writing himself into the LIV Golf history books in Orlando.
Koepka became the first player to win two LIV titles, after securing the the £3.2 million prize in Florida on Sunday. The four-time major champion shot a final round three-under-par 68 to see off the likes of Sebastian Munoz, Patrick Reed and Dean Burmester.
The win is Koepka's second on the breakaway circuit, after securing his maiden LIV win in its inaugural season last year, triumphing in the Saudi capital of Jeddah.
The victory comes at the perfect time for the American, with the Masters just days away from kicking off in Georgia. It is set to be a Masters like no other, with a number of LIV stars returning to the PGA Tour amid the ongoing unrest between the two circuits.
In spite of the PGA Tour's ban on LIV players, bosses at Augusta National have opted to allow those who are eligible to play from the Saudi-backed series to tee it up later this week. A win from one of the breakaway circuit's stars would no doubt ruffle even more feathers in golf's ongoing civil war.
And one man who is confident he can do that is Koepka. With his eyes on the opening major of the year, he said following his victory in Orlando: "I'm playing good, and there's really no better way to go into Augusta than playing good and getting a win.
"I'm very confident - I like where the game is at. [I] Just need to go out and try to rest up for three days, do my usual play nine holes every day and do the homework around these greens, just get a little more adjusted with Augusta."

Despite the rivalry between the two tours, Koepka admitted he is looking forward to be reunited with the likes of Rory McIlroy - one of LIV's biggest critics - and last year's champion Scottie Scheffler. "It'll be great just to see all the good players back, back in one field again, right?" Koepka added.
"It's the first time we've seen it in a long time. That'll be exciting. I'm looking forward to it, just to see everybody and compete against them. At the end of the day, I'll be honest, I do miss playing against Rory (McIlroy), I do miss playing against Scottie (Scheffler), and I'm sure they miss playing against us."
