A father has described the chaos that unfolded after a subway attack in Brooklyn that left at least 28 injured, telling The Independent how victims spilled out of the station he had departed from with his four-year-old son moments earlier.
Police responded to the 36th Street station in the Sunset Park neighbourhood at about 8.30am Tuesday after receiving reports of smoke.
