Brooklyn Beckham hails wife Nicola for 'changing his life' in gushing birthday tribute

Brooklyn Beckham has heaped the praise on new wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham in a sweet early birthday message.

The pair often share cute posts about each other on Instagram and Sunday was no different as the son of David and Victoria Beckham made sure everyone knew exactly how he felt about his belle.

Taking to the social media platform, the budding chef, 23, shared a clip of his wife in a restaurant as she was being serenaded by her party.

And he wrote on the clip on his Story: "Happy early birthday to the woman that changed my life. I love you so much baby and I am so lucky to be able to wake up to your gorgeous face every morning."

He continued: "Hope you have the most amazing birthday because you deserve the world."

Brooklyn added a number of love heart emojis throughout his sweet words.

Nicola shared the video to her own story alongside a gushing comment of her own, replying: "My better half I love you." She also shared a number of other birthday messages, including a note from Selena Gomez.

She also shared snaps of Brooklyn seemingly creating her some birthday goodies in the kitchen as he posed with an "at your service, girls" apron on while standing behind a host of sweets.

The messages come after Brooklyn had recently come under criticism for his failed attempt at cooking a roast beef joint.

Not only was his end product ridiculed for being undercooked, many accused the star of being tone-deaf for using a cut of meat that appeared to be a £300 piece of 28-day dry aged sirloin.

He had attempted to show his stateside followers a meal "just like we have it in England" but a number of fans hit out at his timing as some in the UK struggle financially.

Brooklyn was joined in the clip by former Michelin cook Kevin Lee, but even he couldn't save the day as the culinary critics piled in.

One commented: "Such a waste, while others are starving to death. Where it’s the dislike button?' Does he not know how expensive lurpak is, defo no Costy livvy crisis over in the states?"

Quickly moving on from the upload, he followed up his efforts by treating his wife and her pal to a manicure as they filmed him getting to work.
