Nicola Peltz-Beckham has been flooded with support after she opened up to fans in an emotional Instagram post. The American actress shared two photos of herself in which it was visible that she had been crying.
One snap was a close-up of her red puffy eyes as spoke of people who 'make you feel bad'. The 27-year-old, who married Posh Spice Victoria Beckham's eldest child Brooklyn in April at her family's mansion in Florida, explained how she found it hard to 'show the sad bits of me' and how her upbringing helped her to not let 'people bring me down or hurt my heart.'
But she said she had wanted to show her vulnerable side as she told her followers: "We all have days where people make you feel bad and it’s okay to be hurt by it." After sharing the candid post she took to her Instagram page to thank her father Nelson and her Instagram followers for their support.
