Nicola Peltz opted for a unconventional choice of footwear for her wedding day.
The American billion heiress married Brooklyn Beckham the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, on Saturday in a star-studded £3million wedding extravaganza.
The pair said "I do" in a spectacular wedding ceremony at the Peltz family’s oceanfront home in Palm Beach - worth over £70 million.
With Nicola’s dad - 79-year-old businessman Nelson Peltz who is worth an estimated £1.3 billion - footing the bill, no expense was spared.
The 27-year-old walked down the aisle in a pristine bridal gown designed by Valentino.
The dress featured lace long-sleeve gloves and a dramatic lace veil.
Despite the floor-tumbling gown, guests and fans were treated to a sneak peak of her unconventional choice in wedding shoes.
Peaking out from beneath her dress in one of the snaps taken by Vogue, who had exclusive access to the event, Nicola wore silk Versace platforms.
The shoe choice had a square-toe, perhaps a further nod to 90s icon Claudia Schiffer who is said to have inspired the bridal look.
Nicola found herself in ultimate comfort in the unique boots as she danced the night away with her new hubby Brooklyn, 23.
The couple's star-studded guest list of 300 people saw the likes of Gordon Ramsay in attendance with his family.
Tennis star Serena Williams was also among the attendees, as was actress Eva Longoria.
While Brooklyn and Nicola are clearly head over heels in love with each other, they are said to have took on board the advice of those closest to them and signed a pre-nup.
The Beckham family is said to be worth around £343million, while Nicola’s parents – American property mogul and investor Nelson Peltz, 69, and former model Claudia Heffner Peltz, 67 – have a huge £1.2billion fortune.
Nicola and Brooklyn first went public with their budding relationship in November 2019 when pictures emerged of them hugging after attending a Halloween party together.
The pair took the next step to move in with each other at the Beckham's family home as the pandemic hit in March 2020.
And just eight months later they announced their engagement, with Brooklyn proposing with a $325,000 emerald and diamond ring.
