Brooklyn Beckham ended up in tears as he took on the controversial 'one chip challenge'.
The 23-year-old star took to his social media where he shared a video of his attempt at the viral feat which saw him munch one of Paqui's tortilla chips, which had been smothered in extremely hot seasoning.
The chips are made with the Carolina Reaper, the world's hottest chili pepper, causing tears to roll down Brooklyn's face.
The challenge, which has been sweeping social media, is to eat one of the chips and to not drink or eat anything for as long as possible.
However, the eldest Beckham son had a glass of milk on standby for when he decided he couldn't do the challenge anymore.
The former photographer turned chef, eats the chip in three bites and almost immediately is visibly uncomfortable.
Just seconds later he takes a sip of milk as well as eating a slice of bread to try and calm down the spice.
The Paqui website says: "Eat the entire chip. Wait as long as possible before drinking or eating anything. Post your reaction on social media with #onechipchallenge and mention @paquichips."
However, some are warning people not to take part in the challenge due to the medical complications it can cause.
People have been suffering with stomach pains after taking part in the challenge and an ambulance had to be called for a group of students at an American school.
One person commented: "DO NOT EAT THESE CHIPS!! I’VE HAD 7 KIDS IN MY ER BECAUSE OF THOSE CHIPS.
"THERES A SURGEON GENERALS WARNING ON THOSE. WAY TO PROMOTE THAT!"
As another said: "They're called paquis one chip challenge they are extremely hot with the hottest peppers ever. Very dangerous."
Paqui has issued a warning that some people should not be taking part in the challenge: "Do not eat if you are sensitive to spicy foods, allergic to peppers, nightshades, or capsaicin, or are pregnant or have any medical conditions."
The chip should also be kept out of reach of children and to seek medical assistance if you experience nausea, fainting or difficulty breathing after eating.
Brooklyn often posts food related content due to describing himself as a chef.
However, he has come under fire, with some of his recipes being labelled as basic.
Some have slammed the star for his professionally edited videos which reportedly cost a pretty penny to produce.
The MirrorOnline reported that source has commented on the amount of crew and budget the videos take to make: "It's unheard of. It's the sort of crewing you would expect on a big TV show."
They said each episode of his eight-minute online show costs $100,000 to make.
Brooklyn's recipes that he's created include fresh pizza, lemon chicken with orzo, fish and chips and ratatouille.
