Brooklyn Beckham has thanked his wife after he ended up in hospital after breaking his shoulder.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham posted a picture from his hospital bed to social media, saying: “Broke my shoulder but all good cause I have @nicolaannepeltzbeckham to look after me xx love you babe”.
