The duo wore matching back suits, with Nicola adding a satin black tie to add a little variety.
The powerhouse couple attended the Women in Film Oscar party and were said to be "attached at the hip" as they stepped out onto the red carpet.
Nicola, 28, looked chic in her tailored look and pulled her hair back into a slick bun.
She recently made her directorial debut with her film Lola James, which is expected to be released later this year.
The actress added winged eyeliner and a nude lip, and let her blazer jacket fall open - revealing her crisp white shirt and stain-lined trousers.
Brooklyn, 24, kept his top button undone and swept his hair back into loose curls.

The loved-up couple were joined by Nicky Hilton, Sophie Bush, and recently engaged Christina Hendricks at the pre-Oscars bash.
Christina recently said that she and her partner had "proposed to each other".
Speaking about the moment, she said: "We proposed to each other and we said yes!!! I will love and care for him forever."
Over at the CAA Pre-Oscar party, The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal and Olivia Wilde posed together.
Olivia wore a silver sequinned bralette and let her hair flow past her shoulders in soft waves.
Elton John and his husband David, who are gearing up for their own Oscar party, were also at the bash.
Rita Ora and her director husband Taika Waititi also looked glammed up for the evening, as Rita rocked a sheer gown and Hollywood waves.
