Yes, two games is an extremely small sample size. But do we really believe the Denver Broncos are going to join the playoff hunt this fall?
As things stand now, the Broncos are one of nine 0-2 teams, and it’s easy to imagine a few of those teams finishing well down the stretch. The Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams are also winless, but it would not be surprising to see those clubs turning things around this season.
As for Denver? A top-ten pick certainly seems within reach.
