After hiring Sean Payton as their new head coach, the Denver Broncos will now begin building a coaching staff for the 2023 NFL season.
Many of the holdover coaches from Nathaniel Hackett’s staff are still under contract, but not all of them will remain with the team.
Payton will undoubtedly bring in some of his own favorites, and he will likely keep several members from the team’s existing staff.
Vic Fangio was linked to Payton as a defensive coordinator candidate, but he has opted to join the Miami Dolphins instead. After that, Payton put in a request with the Pittsburgh Steelers to interview Brian Flores for the DC job.
We will be tracking all of the Broncos’ coaching staff developments on this page in the coming days.
