The ACT Supreme Court has been told that Brittany Higgins will return on Friday to resume her evidence in the trial of Bruce Lehrmann over her alleged rape.
The jury was told on Monday that Ms Higgins would be unavailable for court, and she has not yet returned to the witness box.
Mr Lehrmann is accused of raping Ms Higgins in an office at Parliament House after the pair had been out drinking with colleagues in March 2019.
He has pleaded not guilty and denies any sexual activity took place.
The court has been hearing evidence from other witnesses this week, although that material has been suppressed until Ms Higgins completes her cross-examination.
