Brits urged to check Euromillions tickets as 8 winners still yet to claim £1million prize

The National Lottery is urging people to check their EuroMillions draw tickets after it was revealed that eight winners have yet to come forward to claim their £1million prize.

The special EuroMillions European Millionaire Maker event on Friday 21 January saw 100 winners, 24 of them UK players. With the usual UK Millionaire Maker winner, that saw 25 UK players instantly become £1million richer.

Since Friday night’s special draw, 17 UK players have claimed their prizes. The remaining eight lucky winners are being urged to check their tickets and come forward to claim their prize.
