Brits going to Spain warned about an easy to break law that's different to the UK with a £35,000 fine

Holidaymakers heading to Spain this summer are being urged to take care over one law that is very different to the UK which could land tourists with a huge fine and even a night in jail.

While sun, sea, sand and sangrias are plentiful in sunny Spain, British tourists including those flying from Leeds Bradford Airport to destinations like Barcelona, Madrid, Magaluf and Ibiza are being told to avoid one big pitfall in a law that differs to the UK.

Although the law around it has been softened in more recent years, it could still land you a huge fine if you fall foul of it even for an innocuous Instagram post.
