British expats in Spain are no longer able to drive after the two nations failed to reach a post-Brexit arrangement on UK driving licences.
From Sunday (May 1), UK nationals who have lived in the EU country for more than six months will no longer be able to use their DVLA-issued licences. British residents will need to obtain a Spanish licence to get behind the wheel, and may need to retake a driving test until an agreement is reached.

A Foreign Office spokesperson said: "Despite the UK Government's best efforts, an agreement to swap UK driving licences for Spanish licences has not yet been reached.

Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley defends MP over porn-gate scandal
Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley has defended disgraced Tory MP Neil Parish.
The 65-year-old broadcaster fronted today's edition of the ITV news programme alongside Kate Garraway. The anchors covered the fallout from the latest scandal to hit Parliament after Mr Parish admitted to watching porn in the House of Commons.
The Conservative Minister was spotted watching explicit content by female colleagues on two occasions and has since resigned from his position. Mr Parish issued an apology for his behaviour and said he initially searched for tractors before he came across the adult website.
Man glassed in the face by stranger outside pub left seriously injured
A man was seriously injured in an attack outside a pub this weekend.
The victim was glassed in the face at around 1am on Sunday, May 1, outside Prenton Park pub, in Borough Road. Police say that the victim did not know the suspect and it was an unprovoked attack.
The suspect ran off from the scene and reportedly struck a bus stop injuring himself. Detectives are treating the attack as a hate crime as the victim believes the assault was motivated by his gender identity.
