Britney Spears has donned a “Free Britney” t-shirt ahead of her conservatorship hearing today.

Fiancé Sam Asghari posted a video of the couple wearing t-shirts that say: “#Free Britney: It’s A Human Rights Movement”. The Spears hit, “Work Bitch” plays in the video, implying that Spears will be putting in work today to finally achieve her freedom.

Jamie Spears was recently suspended as the star’s conservator, a move that allows attorney Mathew Rosengart to obtain any and all information that may prove that Jamie was abusing his role.

Britney has stated that her father had barred her from marrying her now-fiancé, required her to have an IUD, and put other restrictions in place that would jeopardize the singer’s relationship with her children. Jamie has controlled his daughter’s career and finances for 14 years.

Britney has named mother Lynn and sister Jamie Lynn as family members who have profited from the conservatorship.

Today, Judge Penny will decide whether or not the singer should have her freedom. Rosengart has argued before the judge that it doesn’t make sense for someone who is able to work, function, and even tour to be under a conservatorship.

Britney could be ordered to undergo a mental evaluation, something she has done every year as part of the conservatorship. The star has made it clear that this is something she doesn’t not want. Even after stepping down, father Jamie has suggested it.

The hearing will take place at 1:30 pm.
