A British model says her prosthetic limb was airbrushed from a body-positivity campaign - and claims her picture was used without consent.
Spain’s equality ministry has launched a campaign encouraging women of all shapes and sizes to enjoy the beach this summer.
The creative marketing campaign has the slogan: “Summer is ours too. Enjoy it how, where and with whomever you want."
The body-positive campaign shows five different women, all of varying age, body type and ethnicity.
They're pictured enjoying time on a Spanish beach together, soaking up the sunshine, as Birmingham Live reports.
But Sian Green-Lord said: "I don’t even know how to even explain the amount of anger that I’m feeling right now.
"It’s just been brought to my attention by one of my friends that the Spanish Government is using my image for a body-positivity campaign but they have edited out my prosthetic leg.
She added: "I am literally shaking. I am so angry."
She continued:: "There’s one thing using my image without my permission. But there’s another thing editing my body.
"My body, with my prosthetic leg. Oh my God, I’m shaking. I literally don’t even know what to say but it’s beyond wrong.’"
Nyome Nicholas-Williams, 30, is seen in a gold bikini in the image.
She said the picture was taken from her Instagram page and edited without her consent.
She told the Metro : "It is just a reminder that as a black woman my body is still policed and as women in general our bodies are still not ours."
“All bodies are beach bodies,” said Ione Belarra, the minister for social rights in Spain’s Socialist-led Podemos party.
“All bodies are valid and we have the right to enjoy life as we are, without guilt or shame. Summer is for everyone!”
The campaign also features a woman who has had a mastectomy, who is seen topless on the beach.
Antonia Morillas, head of the Spanish women’s institute, tweeted: “Diverse bodies, free of gender stereotypes, occupying all spaces. Summer also belongs to us. Free, equal and diverse."
The women’s institute said: “Today we toast a summer for all, without stereotypes and aesthetic violence against our bodies.”
Leader Cayo Lara previously slammed the campaign saying the initiative was trying to “create a problem where it doesn’t exist”.
But Podemos hit back - saying: “If bodies bother you, you can stay home tweeting.”
