An 11-year-old British girl has been shot dead in France as she played on swings in the garden of her family home following an alleged dispute with neighbours.
The family were having a BBQ at their home in Saint-Herbot, Brittany, when the incident took place on Saturday evening.
The child's parents were also injured, with local media reporting her father is in critical condition. Her eight-year-old sister escaped unharmed.
