A raging couple have told how a long-anticipated reunion with their son turned into a nightmare after they were barred from a flight.
Gutted Derrick and Sheila Gordon were all set for an emotional meet-up with Christopher for the first time in two years since the start of the pandemic.
But they said British Airways scuppered their original plans by not letting them board a flight - leaving them £1,000 out of pocket.
