British Airways sack pilot over claims he 'secretly filmed sex with 16 women'

British Airways has sacked a pilot who has been arrested over claims he secretly filmed sexual activity with up to 16 women and shared the footage online without consent.

It was reported in March that some of the man’s victims discovered footage of their encounters was being shared on porn websites.

The pilot is alleged to have stored multiple videos on his laptop, which he reportedly used to film the sexual acts, having begun relationships with women from other airlines during hotel stays between flights around the world.

One woman, who alleges she was targeted between 2023 and 2025, reportedly told a friend: “I was being recorded during sexual encounters without my consent.

“I didn’t realise until another woman in the same position mentioned it to me. He would position his laptop with music on, but screen off, in front of us during sexual encounters.

“Now, footage has gone out online and it has emerged he was doing this to 15 other women.”

Another woman allegedly discovered that the man had taped over a light which indicated the computer’s camera was on.

The pilot was reported to the Metropolitan Police, which confirmed it had launched an investigation.

He was arrested in March, with a Scotland Yard spokesman saying: “Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on Thursday, March 5 on suspicion of voyeurism.

“The arrest followed an allegation made to police on Tuesday, March 3, of videos being taken and distributed without consent. The man has been released on bail as enquiries continue.”

BA sources suggested that the pilot had been stood down until the Met Police investigation was over, but he has now reportedly been fired despite detectives confirming that the probe was still ongoing.

Industry bosses also received reports of alleged cocaine use by the pilot, with a UK Civil Aviation Authority spokesman telling The Sun: “We can’t comment on individual cases but reports of substance misuse are being reviewed and any appropriate action will be taken.”

The Standard has reached out to British Airways for a comment.
