British Airways cannot rule out suspending the sale of tickets for long-haul flights, to destinations like New York, to deal with Heathrow’s passenger cap.

A spokesperson for the national carrier told the Telegraph that it could not rule out disruption to long-haul routes, such as Singapore or Dubai, while the cap is in place.
