British adult content creator Bonnie Blue, legally named Tia Billinger, 26, has been charged with outraging public decency over a provocative stunt outside the Indonesian Embassy in Westminster last December.
Metropolitan Police confirmed that Billinger was charged via postal requisition on March 16 and is scheduled to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 22.
The charge relates to a now-deleted video in which she was seen making a sexually suggestive motion while holding an Indonesian flag outside the embassy on Great Peter Street.
A Met Police spokesperson said the woman in her twenties was interviewed under caution in early February following an investigation. A referral was then made to the Crown Prosecution Service, which authorised the charge.
Bali arrest and deportation
The clip reportedly included Billinger referencing a prior arrest in Indonesia, saying, “Yes, I got arrested in Bali for filming,” after being detained in December 2025 during a police raid on a rented property.
Indonesian authorities had accused her of producing content with “pornographic or immoral elements”, though they later determined no public indecent material was produced.
She was fined for a traffic violation and deported, receiving a ten-year ban from entering Indonesia, for allegedly violating visa rules related to commercial content creation.
Billinger, known for organising large-scale adult-oriented challenges, framed her stunt outside the embassy as a reaction to her Bali deportation.
If convicted in the UK, the charge of outraging public decency carries a potential sentence of up to six months in jail.
