Britain's Got Talent viewers have slammed the show's Tuesday night's semi-final, calling it pointless, after it left fans bored. Viewers seemed to have the same complaint after the show, after noticing something about the latest episode of the ITV show, which aired on Tuesday, May 30.
Those who tuned into the show picked up on something that call the acts had in common, reports the Mirror. Eight more acts prepared for their big performances.
Dancers Yo Highness, Nathan & Joanne and comedic act Viggo Venn were announced to be performing. Joining them were singers Johns’ Boys, Olivia Lynes, Lewis Fuller and Tia Connolly, and daredevil Andrew Stanton.

Viewers quickly noted that four of the eight acts were singers or singing groups, while three of them were dancers or dance was an aspect of the performance. Given the variety of talent on the show, some viewers were not impressed with the decision to have so many acts of similar talent on the same episode.
Taking to Twitter, viewers complained that there were too many singers and dancers on the show. One viewer said: "What actually is the point of #BGT if its just singers and dancers in the final all the time?"
Another tweeted sarcastically: "The show could do with a few more dance groups and singers on it." A third viewer added: "Not another dance act," as another tweeted: "Another singer? #yawn."
Meanwhile, a fifth fan said: "mostly singers and dancers tonight," with a sad face emoji. It comes after two hopefuls were confirmed to be the first 2023 finalists as dancer Musa Motha and singer Amy Lou won the first Britain's Got Talent semi-final of the series.
Talented dancer Musa, 27, was sent straight through to the final by viewers, so it went down to the judges' vote. Ukelele musician and school teacher Abi Carter-Simpson and sunbed receptionist-turned-singer Amy Lou went up against one another.
As the judges struggled to decide, it went to the public vote and Amy Lou came second in the public vote. Among those who also performed on the night included Gamal John, 36, who wowed the judges with his rendition of James Brown classic It's A Man's Man's World during his audition.
Sadly the amazing singer didn’t reach the top three, despite many viewers believing he could win the show.
Britain's Got Talent's live semi-finals air all this week at 8PM on ITV1 and ITVX.
