Britain's Got Talent will return to our screens on Saturday night, and fans might recognise one contestant's voice.
Pittsburgh-born, New York-based Loren Allred will try out for BGT in Saturday's episode, but she's already hit the big time and has a pretty successful career in music.
The 31-year-old American singer actually sung Never Enough in box-office smash-hit movie The Greatest Showman.
Not only this, but she has also appeared on The Voice and has duetted with the likes of Michael Buble and Andrea Bocelli.
In Saturday's episode The Sun has revealed that Simon Cowell can be seen greeting the singer on-stage, asking: "Welcome, what’s your name and where are you from?"
Loren says that she is American and Simon then replies: "Is that right? So why Britain’s Got Talent? Tell me a bit about you."
She then explains that she sang Never Enough from the hit movie, but most people may not recognise her face because actress Rebecca Ferguson, playing character Jenny Lind, mimed to her vocals in the hit film.
Simon is in complete shock and says: "Oh my God!" while banging the desk.
He then adds: "So you sang one of the biggest songs of all time. You’ve revealed it wasn’t the actress who sang the song in the movie — it was you singing the song."
For her audition, Loren sings her famous track and the judges are completely taken aback, with Amanda, Alesha and David all teary-eyed.
After her audition, Simon told Loren that her "it was one of the most incredible audition moments" that he had ever experienced.
He then added: "Maybe this is your moment now".
This isn't her first stint on TV singing competitions though, because in 2012 she appeared on The Voice US.
Getting through the initial stage, she was coached by Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and made it through to the live shows.
Booted off the show during the live shows, she went on to sing Never Enough for The Greatest Showman, before duetting with Michael Bublé in 2019 on his track Help Me Make it Through the Night.
Loren's appearance on Britain's Got Talent will no doubt spark fresh fix claims among fans when they tune in on Saturday night.
A BGT spokesperson said: "We are thrilled to back this year and look forward to viewers watching our BGT bumper special on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Whilst most people will have heard the infamous Greatest Showman track, Loren is not a household name, and she deserves her spot on the BGT stage.
"It’s fantastic that Loren is now able to step out and stand in her own right to be the face, and not just the voice, of one of the most well-known tracks of all time."
*The fifteenth series of Britain’s Got Talent launches on Saturday 16th April, 8pm and continues on Sunday 17th April, 7.35pm on ITV.
