Britain's biggest family the Radfords have splurged on 17 holidays in just 20 months

With the cost of living crisis still at an all-time high many people will be lucky if they can squeeze in a holiday abroad this summer, especially when you throw kids into the mix as the expenses to jet off become astronomical.

And of course, the more kids you have the more your wallet is going to burn at the thought but not for Britain's biggest family as the Radfords, Sue and her husband Noel, have treated their 22 children to a staggering 17 holidays in only 20 months.

Since December, the Mirror reports they have jetted off at least 17 times, from Cornwall to Walt Disney World in Florida. In December 2021 their first trip took them to Lapland for a magical festive break.

The following year in June, Sue surprised daughter Hallie, seven, with a weekend trip to Legoland for her birthday as the kids were blown away with the pirate-themed bedroom at their hotel and treated to a lovely dinner.

And the family didn't even hold off long as just a month later they headed off to another theme park as they spent some time at the Cbeebies Land hotel at Alton Towers where they later returned in October at Halloween.

The same month in October 2022, Sue and Noel both jetted off to the Maldives leaving the kids behind this time to mark their 30th wedding anniversary on a lavish trip.

Just a few months later they headed back to the theme parks again, with the couple this time leaving their kids ecstatic as they announced a trip to Disneyland Paris for Christmas, instead of buying loads of presents.

Sue and her older daughters also enjoyed a second getaway over the Christmas period, as Noel booked them a surprise trip to New York where they went on a bus top tour, visited the Rockefeller Centre to ice skate and shopped at Macy's.

Heading into 2023, the family surprisingly had a quiet start to the year before jetting off to France after admitting the "hardest part" of being such a big family is trying to "get everyone together" on their YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, Sue and Noel revealed in an episode of their show, 22 Kids and Counting, that they'd become concerned about their son Josh's behaviour, so hoped an adventure trip would help improve his confidence as Noel and Josh had some father and son bonding time during their time away.

The couple enjoyed another outdoor trip a month later as they took some of their youngest kids near to Scotland's capital city in Edinburgh in their motorhome for some wild camping.

Their first trip in their motorhome was in May 2022 at Holgates Holiday Parks, just south of the Lake District before returning later that year in October and November, and again in May 2023 as the location is a short drive from their home in Morecambe.

But the Radford's couldn't resist another trip further afield as they set off for another theme park trip in April this year to the "most magical place on earth" at Disney World in Florida where they have been three times between April 2022 and April 2023.

Their most recent trip was to Cornwall in May this year when they enjoyed a slightly more laidback seaside break alongside Rebecca and Jamie Walker and their 10 children where the two families participated in a variety of activities.

Despite all their holidays, Sue recently confirmed the family is keen to set off again soon as she said they have another Florida vacation planned and would love to visit Miami in the future.
