A woman was left £250 out of pocket and banned from boarding an easyJet flight over issues with her passport.
Johanne Morris and her nine-year-old godson Chayce Pearson were excited for their holiday to Portugal. She had planned the trip intricately to ensure her autistic godson would be comfortable the entire time.
Johanne from Romford, London, says she was told her passport was invalid when she tried to fly out because because of post-Brexit travel rules into Europe.
