Brit holidaymaker left in 'pool of blood' after being flung from fairground ride in Turkey

A woman was knocked unconscious and suffered horror injuries after being flung off a fairground ride in Turkey.

Melissa Hunter was enjoying a two-week holiday at the popular tourist destination when she and her friend decided to go on a Waltzer-type ride behind their hotel on Saturday (May 21).

However, the thrill ride soon turned into a nightmare when the 35-year-old was flung from the high-speed attraction - leaving her in a pool of blood.
