Brit claiming to be 'emotionally' in the EU allowed to use different passport queue

A woman was allowed to travel like an EU citizen because of "emotional" attachment to the political union, her friend claimed.

Millions of Brits will jet off on holiday in Europe this summer and will face a feature of life post-Brexit. Since the UK left the bloc, British passport holders have to wait for a passport stamp in the non-EU line.

Often, particularly in holiday hubs such as Malaga, these lines are much longer and slower moving than the equivalent queues for EU passport holders.
