Maya Jama shut down a question as she was asked about the 'rock' on her finger during Tuesday night's Brit Awards.
Tuesday night saw the 42nd edition of the Brit Awards hosted by Mo Gilligan with Adele, Dave, Ed Sheeran, and Little Simz tied for the most nominations, and the largest number of nominations given to woman acts in 12 years.
The 27-year-old TV presenter from Bristol seemed in good spirits as she chatted to Mo and discussed how the night had been for her so far.

But unable to avoid the elephant in the room, the comedian addressed the rumours circulating on her engagement head-on live on national television.
Sitting in front of a live star-studded crowd, Mo said: "Maya though, I can't have you here without talking about that amazing rock on your finger. Listen that is the size of a small bedroom flat in London.
"It's fantastic though, you're working it," he added.
"Let's move on," Maya said without hesitation and changed the conversation to ask how Mo was finding his experience hosting his first Brit Awards ceremony.
Speaking on the rumoured engagement, a source close to the couple told The Sun: 'Ben adores Maya and has fallen head over heels for her.
"He picked up the ring on Jewelers' Row in the diamond district of Philadelphia the day before he proposed."
They added: 'Ben was so excited, but they've decided to keep the news low-key and tell only those closest to them. Maya flew to New Jersey to spend Christmas with him and is still there now."
Viewers were quick to react to the encounter after Maya changed the subject so abruptly.
On Twitter, @bellacfc said: "Maya Jama swerved the question about her engagement ring HARD."
@EmiEleode commented: "The way Maya Jama changed the subject so quick when Mo asked her about the huge diamond ring."
Another Twitter user @jjamesfilms said: "Men across the UK crying now Mo mentioned Maya Jama’s engagement ring."
Maya was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger when on a coffee date with the 25-year-old Philadelphia 76 ers' player earlier this year. The couple are yet to officially confirm the engagement.
An expert quoted in the MailOnline, which broke the news of Maya's engagement, valued the huge diamond ring at upwards of £600,000, and another said it is worth in the region of £500,000.
The pair are thought to have started dating in 2021, making their relationship official in July of last year.
