Fuel prices are on the increase across the UK, including in Bristol. Prices are now at all-time highs in Britain, with a family car now costing £100 to fill up.
In some places, prices are north of £2 per litre. People are, understandably, feeling the pinch.
The government cut fuel duty by 5p per litre in March, but prices have continued to rise since. Louise Haigh, Labour's shadow transport secretary, said: "The Conservative government are too busy tearing themselves apart to tackle the brutal price hikes facing working people.

"Motorists are being taken for a ride, and this hapless government are too distracted to do anything about it. The Conservative government needs to tackle the brutal petrol hikes, and support Labour’s call to put money back in the pockets of working people with an emergency budget."
The government, however, has repeatedly ruled out an emergency budget. Until that changes then, we'll have to continue scrabbling around for the least expensive fuel we can find; check out the cheapest we know of, via Petrol Prices.
