Bristol Rovers' League One clash against Wycombe Wanderers at the Mem on Saturday has been postponed due to a frozen" pitch.
A pitch inspection conducted by a referee from the Professional Game Match Officials Board (PGMOL) on Friday concluded the pitch was unsafe and conditions would not improve sufficiently before tomorrow's scheduled 3pm kick-off.
A new date for the fixture, which was due to see ninth-placed Rovers face eighth-placed Wycombe, is yet to be confirmed.
A Rovers spokesman said: "Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture between Bristol Rovers and Wycombe Wanderers at the Memorial Stadium has been postponed, following a pitch inspection by a PGMOL-appointed match official earlier today.
"The freezing weather conditions have turned standing water into frozen areas, which has led to an unsafe playing surface.
"A rearranged date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course."
Rovers have just two midweek games on their schedule between now and the end of the season, with Ipswich Town and Sheffield Wednesday visiting BS7 on February 14 and April 18 respectively, meaning there will be no issue finding a new date for the fixture.
