Bristol Rovers reveal season ticket details for 2023/24 with prices increasing for next campaign

Bristol Rovers have released their season ticket prices for next season, raising the cost of an adult ticket by around seven per cent as the Gas anticipate another campaign in League One.

Rovers are hoping to build on their record sales for the current season, with 5,090 sold in the wake of the Gas’ promotion back into League One under Joey Barton. Ticket renewals for 2023/24 will go on sale from this Friday, more than a month earlier than last season.

On the assumption that Rovers will remain in the third tier - they are 10 points above the bottom four - the Gas have issued the pricing for the campaign and the stages of release with existing season ticket holder able to renew this Friday from 10am.

Having previously frozen prices, the cheapest adult ticket is now £339 under the early bird scheme (£369 thereafter) with standing along three of the Memorial Stadium’s four areas - North (Thatcher’s End), North West, East and West. While the most expensive is seating inside the West Stand which is priced at £499 for early birds and £519 once on general sale from April 10.

Last season the most affordable adult ticket was £315 in the standing sections with seating in the West Standing at £470, both under the early bird structure, representing price increases of 7.6 and 6.1 per cent, respectively.

In terms of Over 65s/Under 21s, the cheapest ticket is standing at £199/£219 and then £419/£439 for a seat in the West Stand. That age range has seen the highest price hike with a standing ticket for such concession raised as much as 17 per cent as last season those figures were £170 and £390.

Rovers have added an extra age group category as last term there were under-16 and under-11s tickets, now it’s under-18s, under-14s and under-10s. There have also been alterations to the family saver scheme. Last season it ran along the lines of an adult and an under-16, now it’s an adult with children under the age of 14.

After renewals on Friday, the early bird scheme will commence on March 17 followed by general sale on April 10. You can read the full list of prices and how and when to order tickets HERE

"Our fans are the lifeblood of the club. During Covid, we saw first-hand the impact that not having you with us could have on the team, whilst last season you were able to play your part in cheering us on to promotion,” CEO Tom Gorringe said.

"We entered this season with more Season Ticket holders than ever before and we would like to thank you all for sticking with this team through thick and thin. We remain ambitious and want to keep improving (on and off the pitch) and we can’t wait for you to be with us on the next part of this journey."

The release of the season ticket prices continues a flurry of news around the Mem with Tom Gorringe outlining plans to rebuild the South Stand, where away supporters are traditionally held, in time for the start of next season.

Head of Sales David Bright went a step further earlier this month, in an interview with the Stadium Business Summit, declaring that the club wants to expand that area of the ground from housing 1,300 fans to around 4,000 which would dramatically increase capacity. There are no details on how to purchase South Stand season tickets at present.

You can see the full list of individual season ticket prices below and how they compare to the current campaign. We’ve offered a percentage comparison only for adult and Over-65/Under-21 due to the changes of the price bands for juniors.
