Bristol steakhouse and late-night bar Pasture has launched a 10-course tasting menu. And you need to act quick, as it's one of those foodie in-the-know, exclusive opportunities where you book, not via the venue's website, but by email.
Pasture has been on the culinary scene in Bristol since 2018, and the restaurant has been nothing short of a success since then. Our life writer Mark Taylor has stated 'it would be harder to find better steaks in Bristol' - and many other diners feel that way, too.
The 10-course tasting menu now launched by Pasture is called Radius and is described as both an 'immersive' and 'intimate' experience. Basically, all the things you want when the courses hit double figures and you're feeling fancy.

The Bristol restaurant had nothing but five star TripAdvisor reviews after its 2018 opening, and it's still going strong today. Chef and owner, Sam Elliot, uses in-house butchers to handpick the best meats from across farms in the south west, combining fine dining with local produce.
Its Bristol branch is located in Redcliffe, with a prime BS1 location, and just across the Severn Bridge in Cardiff there's a second venue there, too. A description of Radius shared on its Instagram page read: "Sat around a beautiful marble bar, diners will be served 10 seasonal and inventive dishes presented in person by our chefs.
"A bartender and host will also be on hand to present thoughtfully selected drinks pairings or suggest a bottle of wine from our bespoke list." The tasting menu is priced at £75 with an additional £45 for alcohol pairing.
The menu delights include: Beech Ridge Farm aged duck, 100 day aged beef, last of the season asparagus with Wiltshire truffles and the Chocolate Dome Vol 3. Any dessert with a name like that needs to be taken devilishly seriously.
