Bristol law firm Osborne Clarke has completed its move to a new flagship office in the city centre.
The business has relocated 780 staff from Temple Quay to the Halo building in Finzels Reach, a 116,000 sq ft complex on the former site of the Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters.
The move, first announced 2020, will see Osborne Clarke occupy the top five floors of the building, which developers Cubex has said is designed to be one of the UK's greenest office buildings. The company has signed up for a 12-year lease at the facility.
It comes after Osborne Clarke, which operates in 25 locations across Europe, Asia and the US, reported record results last year, with UK revenues up 20% to £199.1m and net profit rising by around 15% to £77.2m.

Lara Burch, head of the company’s Bristol Office, said despite “challenging” economic markets, the South West continued to attract top talent and cement its reputation as a tech, energy and life sciences innovation hub, providing “exciting opportunities” for the business.
Ms Burch said: "We're thrilled to be moving into our new home at Halo, a workspace that perfectly encapsulates our future-focused approach with its cutting-edge design and technology. The new office is integral to our continued success as a leading employer in the region, investing in our people, clients and local communities.”
Bath-based workplace design and build company Interaction won a multimillion-pound contract to fit-out Osborne Clarke’s interior workspaces at Halo. The office features extensive indoor planting including "living walls" and indoor gardens, with reclaimed tiles and recycled materials used in its development. There is also a yoga and spin studio and a restaurant with a roof terrace.
Dieter Wood, managing director at Interaction, said: "Our design team worked closely with employees across the firm to get a real feel for their working culture. The result is a workplace that promotes staff health and agile working, while also meeting strict sustainability standards. It's been a pleasure to work with such a forward-thinking law firm that shares similar values to our own."
The Halo building is connected to the low-carbon district heat network, with other sustainability features including roof-top mounted solar panels, efficient LED lighting and air quality monitoring technology to manage indoor levels of pollutants.
