Max O'Leary - 5
Should have done better with the opening goal on first viewing, allowing Cullen's tame effort across his body. Unsighted for the second and kicking could have been improved. Made a good save in the first half.
George Tanner (off 45, Weimann) - 5
Struggled to deal with the overload down his side having to mark Liam Cullen with Ryan Manning providing the overlap and Ntcham also getting involved. Off at half-time with Pearson looking for more going forward.
Zak Vyner - 6
Captain on the day but a result that couldn't match his occasion. Allowed Cullen to run across him for the opener but will be looking at O'Leary to have kept it out. Lacked support in midfield to play it forward, meaning he was forced to go long which led to a turnover in possession. A couple of hairy moments with his passing but overall defensively sound.
Cam Pring - 6
City really miss his attacking qualities while playing at centre-back but did well enough up against Piroe who has caused City plenty of problems before. Gets caught out of position at times, which is understandable, but like Vyner wasn't handed much of an option playing it out the back.
Jay Dasilva - 6
Tidy in possession and was positive getting forward when the opportunity arose. Defensively solid although involved in two mismatches aerially, one which hit the post and the second which led to Swansea's second.
Andy King - 5
Amount of games and minutes in recent weeks looked to have caught up with him this afternoon. Looked a little flat-footed closing down his opponents and couldn't stamp his authority on the game.
Omar Taylor-Clarke - 7
Handed his first league start in a tough contest against a side who move the ball quickly along the ground. Didn't look out of place, making some strong tackles and being smart in possession to keep it simple. Looked assured and grew in confidence.
Alex Scott - 6
Grew into the game and was City's best player in the first half, getting into some good positions in the No10 role. Needed to play closer to Cornick with the striker left isolated but also couldn't sacrifice his defensive duties with King and Taylor-Clarke sometimes overwhelmed. Quiet in the second half.
Sam Bell (off 67, Wells) - 5
Couldn't get into the game in the first half and when he did have the ball found it difficult to have an influence in attacking positions. Similar performance in the second half with Swansea doing a good job to prevent his runs behind.
Harry Cornick (off 61, Mehmeti) - 5
Plenty of running and energy in the first half but with little reward having to chase long balls forward. Found it difficult to hold up the ball and bring others into play but did put the Swans' defence under pressure with his closing down.
Mark Sykes - 6
Was pinned back in the first half with problems down City's right and moved to right-back in the second half. Involved in the action both offensively and defensively but wasted a really good crossing opportunity.
Substitutes
Anis Mehmeti (on 61, Cornick) - 6
Provided an instant threat on his introduction, taking on his full-back and laying the ball off to Taylor-Clarke on the edge of the area.
Nahki Wells (on 67, Bell) - 5
Couldn't have an impact on his introduction with City struggling to get the ball forward centrally.
Andi Weimann (on 45, Tanner) - 5
Will feel he should have been awarded a penalty when his flick in the area hit the hand of Cabango. Had little joy going forward apart from that moment. Had a header disallowed for offside at the end.
Kane Wilson (on 78, Taylor-Clarke) - N/A
Made his first return to action since October.
Subs not used: Nikita Haikin, Duncan Idehen, Callum Wood
