Chelsea may look to complete the shock signing of Paris Saint-Germain and France superstar Kylian Mbappe in the January transfer window.
The Blues are in need of attacking reinforcements with the likes of Kai Havertz, Armando Broja, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Raheem Sterling all struggling in front of goal. Todd Boehly was keen on the idea of signing Cristiano Ronaldo during the summer, but Thomas Tuchel rejected the proposal whilst his successor Graham Potter is said to be not be keen on bringing the five-time Ballon d'Or winner to Stamford Bridge as well.
Mbappe was linked with a move to Real Madrid before he opted to sign a new contract with PSG, keeping him in the French capital until 2025. The 23-year-old is said to want to leave the club and has ruled out moving to Madrid, alerting a number of Premier League clubs to his availability.
