England's Chloe Kelly left her interview with the BBC early to celebrate by singing 'Sweet Caroline' along with her teammates following their Euro 2022 win over Germany. The Lionesses became champions of Europe following a 2-1 victory over Germany, with Kelly scoring an extra-time goal to prompt wild celebrations at the final whistle.
Kelly, 24, was mid-interview after winning the match for England when she began joining in with singing Sweet Caroline, dropping the microphone she was holding and running off to join her teammates in singing along with fans.
In a clip of the interview from BBC Sport, Kelly gestured to the crowd saying: "Look at them. It's amazing, honestly. Thank you every single person that got out to support us. This is unreal."

But the build-up to the chorus of 'Sweet Caroline' can be heard in the background and the England player then begins singing the opening words of the chorus before leaving her microphone and running to join her teammates.
The BBC cut back to the punditry studio with Alex Scott and Ian Wright, before Kelly returned a few minutes later after her celebrations. She said: "We go again. Honestly it's amazing, thank you everyone that came out to support us. This is what dreams are made of. As a young girl watching women's football, now this. Wow, it's unbelievable."
Kelly, currently a forward for Manchester City, has contributed 25 goals in 23 league starts for the Cityzens since joining on a free transfer in 2020. She returned from an anterior cruciate knee ligament injury in the spring of this year.
