Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation urges all to keep Ganpati 2 feet

MUMBAI: Following CM Eknath Shinde’s diktat of doing away with height restrictions on Ganesh Idols, BMC on Saturday released a circular reiterating the same. It said, there would be no height restriction on either sarvajanik or household Ganesh Idols. However it appealed to citizens to consider capping the Ganesh idol height at two feet.
