Brighton defender Joel Veltman expects a "tough" challenge when they face Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, after a quick turnaround from their FA Cup loss against Manchester United.
The Seagulls suffered a heartbreaking defeat on Sunday as they lost in the semi-finals on penalties against the Red Devils. Brighton must now recover quickly for the trip to the City Ground.
Forest will be desperate to pick up three points as their Premier League status for next season remains in jeopardy. Steve Cooper's men are in the bottom three with just six games left.

And ahead of Wednesday's game under the lights, Veltman has warned that it won't be easy after their exertions at Wembley.
He told Brighton's website: “Now we can focus on the Premier League. We are doing well, we have games in hand and some of them are nice ones to play in against the top four so we will look forward to them. But Forest away will be a tough one first so we need to focus on that.
“The season has probably exceeded expectations so far but we are not stopping yet. We’re still fighting for European football. Sunday was tough with 120 minutes and penalties, which was a new experience for some of us, but we’ll recover and rest and get ready for Wednesday.”
