Hannah Dodd's Francesca will be the focus of the new season of Bridgerton

Bridgerton's fifth season will centre around a same-sex romance between Francesca and Michaela Stirling.

The Netflix drama series has focused on the love life of one of the Bridgerton family members and a new teaser has revealed the next set of episodes will focus on the reserved Francescar Stirling, Countess of Kilmartin - who is played by Hannah Dodd - and her burgeoning romance with her late husband's cousin, who is portrayed by Masali Baduza.
