As Coughlan and co-star Luke Newton gear up for a new installment that promises steamy moments between their characters Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton, the actress confesses to requesting a watered-down version for her mom.
Coughlan, at 37 years old, jokingly stated in a radio interview that she would prefer a PG version for her mother. 'I am not doing that,' she exclaimed. Newton, in agreement, shared that he couldn't even watch the second episode with his own mother. It seems the stars are determined to shield their families from the more intimate aspects of the show.
