Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan took to Instagram on Monday to showcase her trim new look.
The 35-year-old Irish actress who starred as Penelope Featherington in the hit period drama posed in the mirror during an early morning workout.
She looked amazing as she pouted in a black Nike bralette which showed off her midriff and Adidas leggings which hugged her toned legs.
The Derry Girls star joked she deserved a medal for her early rising, captioning the black-and-white snap: "If I ever get up to exercise before work I do feel like I deserve a special medal and that is just the truth."
The upload comes after Nicola answered questions on the upcoming third series of Bridgerton last week. She offered up a sneak peek of Lady Whistledown's first column and divulged on some of the secrets surrounding her character.
Joined by Luke Newton, who plays Colin Bridgerton, Nicola asked while in character: "Would you like to hear what Lady Whistledown had to say about Bridgerton season three?"
With Luke nodding in agreement, Nicola continued: "Dearest gentle reader we have been apart for far too long, at last London's smart set has made its return, and so too has this author.
"As the season begins, the question on everyone's minds is of course, which newly minted debutant will shine the brightest."
She ended by saying: "The crop this year appears to be rather dazzling indeed, unfortunately not every young lady can attract the light."
Elsewhere, Claudia Jessie, who stars Eloise the fifth Bridgerton child, asked Luke: "Why can't Colin see that Penelope [Featherington] is his true love match?"
While painting, he thought about his response before saying: "Well they met so young in the cutest way possible, it's such a lovely story the way they met, but there's a lot going on and they can't see what right in front of them.
"Which obviously for the fans of the show is very frustrating and they take that out on me sometimes."
Due to her commitments to Bridgerton, Nicola revealed earlier in the year how she was disappointed to have to take a reduced role in the final series of Derry Girls.
She explained how the decision to push filming for the sitcom meant she was no longer to fit in filming both which meant she had to sacrifice parts of her role.
She said at the time: " It was devastating to me because I wanted to be in all of this. But compromises had to be made. And you know, they had to cut down my role somewhat, which was hard. Really, really hard."
