Bride's anger as £2,500 wedding dress from Newcastle shop arrived 'looking like a sack of potatoes'

A bride who paid £2,500 for her dream wedding dress was left fuming after it turned up late and three sizes too big.

Kelly Marie Campbell, 35, got married in March after three previous wedding dates were cancelled due to Covid restrictions, the Mirror reports. She dreamed of feeling like a "princess" on her big day and spent £2,500 on the perfect dress by designer Riki Dalal from Newcastle boutique Si Bridal.

Kelly said: "As cheesy as it sounds, it was the sort of dress you dreamed of. They made me feel like I was a model trying on these dresses, they made me feel beautiful."
