A bride-to-be claims her £3,000 hen party was ruined by a nightmare hotel stay.
Siobhan Kerr and nine pals were booked in at the Shankly Hotel in Liverpool for three nights ahead of her big day as part of a party package which also included cocktail-making and VIP club access.
But the 37-year-old, from Manchester, said the problems began not long after they arrived in March, claiming the food was "inedible".
