The mother of murdered teenager Brianna Ghey spoke about her daughter's "obsession" with her phone while calling for "more drastic" action against online harms.

Esther Ghey, who is campaigning for under-16s to be blocked from accessing social media on smartphones, said the 16-year-old was "completely obsessed" with her phone.
